We have entered the prime time of our real estate markets in the Denver metro area. The market is adjusting and trying to find itself! Year over year, our residential inventory is up 48%, with single-family homes up 37%. Condo’s and Townhomes are up 76%! This is great news for Buyers because now you have some choices again!
The increased inventory has created an opportunity for us to get more homes under contract! The number of sold homes year over year is down about 2%, yet RE/MAX Pro’s Agents are up 5.4%! New Listings this year are up 11% in the Market, yet RE/MAX Pro’s Agents have Listed 31% more Listings over last year! Prices seem to be leveling a bit with the increased inventory, and are up about 2% year over year! The Signature and Luxury Markets are rebounding from a very slow January, and picking up in Volume and numbers of homes sold!
