Places of Interest
Conifer has several Denver Mountain Parks. Recognized by the National Register of Historic Areas, the Denver Mountain Parks was established in 1909. Today it contains 31 parks, encompassing lakes, streams, mountains and more. Many of the parks contain hiking trails, fishing opportunities, picnic areas, grills and other recreational areas, while protecting area plants and animals.
